Refund Eligibility:

1. Full refund within 30 days if the customer receives a license key that is unusable.

   • Customers must first contact our support team to verify that the issue is caused by the license itself and not due to other factors such as incorrect installation, installing the wrong product, or system corruption caused by malware/viruses.

2. Full refund within 30 days if the customer does not receive a license key by email.

3. License keys must be activated within 30 days of purchase. After this period, the warranty is void.

4. No refund will be issued if the customer has received and successfully activated a working license key.

Refund Procedure:

• To request a refund, customers must contact us by email at info@shopsoftkeys.com.

• ShopSoftKeys.com reserves the right to verify the license key activation details within seven (7) calendar days.

• If verification shows that the license key has already been activated after purchase, ShopSoftKeys.com reserves the right to deny the refund, as the service has already been delivered as agreed.
